Return and Refund Policy
At Kids' Crew Apparel, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with all original tags attached.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Sale Items Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
